UzGasTrade Joint Stock Company was established on the basis of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 280 dated July 15, 2022 on Additional Measures to Reform the Natural Gas Market.
On August 1, 2022 the rights and obligations of Uztransgaz JSC under gas contracts and agreements, including products sharing agreements, were transferred to UzGasTrade JSC
Shares are acquired in the following cases: shares are placed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Company's Articles of Association
